The International Cycling Union has put forward two of its management committee to help improve relations with the World Anti-Doping Agency.

The UCI was criticised for disbanding the independent commission it set up in the wake of the Lance Armstrong scandal.

Artur Lopes and Daniel Baal will meet with WADA representatives to try and reach an agreement on setting up a truth and reconciliation inquiry looking into doping in the sport.
