Tyrone have made six changes to the team that started the McKenna Cup Final against Cavan for their Allianz National Football League opener.

Mickey Harte's team are up against Monaghan and Ronan McNamee returns at full back in place of Justin McMahon, while Matthew Donnelly replaces Joe McMahon. 

Colm Cavanagh comes into midfield at the expense of Conal McCann.

PJ Lavery and Peter Hughes are back in the half forward line in place of Mark Donnelly and Plunkett Kane.

Darren McCurry, top scorer for 2014, is the final change at corner forward, replacing Kyle Coney.

Padraig McNulty also makes his Allianz League debut.
