It was ROG-esque in its execution, timing and impact, but what effect will Ian Keatley's match-winning heroics  have on the player and the team?

Trevor Hogan and Bernard Jackman joined us on the line to review the provinces' Rugby Champions Cup performances and Bernard believes the 27- 26 win over Sale will provide a massive injection of confidence.

"Coming up to next week, the harder task is Munster's, having to face a Saracens side, even though it's in Thomond Park. I think Munster will need to improve in nearly all aspects. But they will have massive confidence because they've won those tight games in the past. For Keatley to be able to nail that [drop goal] at the end, it's massive for him in terms of his development," said Bernard.

Thoughts also turned to Leinster's win over Wasps at the RDS and Trevor highlighted the importance of Jamie Heaslip's 23 carries during that match.

"For him to get 23, constantly what he does is challenges the defenders. He might not look as explosive or powerful as Sean O'Brien but he has great feet and he's always getting over the gain-line," said Trevor.
