Harry Kane has reportedly told Tottenham Hotspur that he wants to leave the club at the end of the season.

The striker has three-years left on his Spurs contract.

According to Sky Sports, Kane's agents - CK66 - have been contacted by interested parties like Manchester City, Manchester United and Chelsea.

Only Jimmy Greaves (220) and Bobby Smith (176) have scored more league goals for Spurs than the England marksman who turns 28 this summer. Kane has netted 165 times in the Premier League.

22 of those have come this season, including the opener in the weekend's 2-0 win over Wolves.

However, Kane's trophy cabinet is empty and it's believed his desire to win major honours is behind his push to leave North London.

Sky say that Kane was convinced to stay last summer when Jose Mourinho was in charge of the club.

A Tottenham spokesperson responded to the exit speculation by saying, "We have a season to finish and we want to finish it as strongly as possible.

"That's all we are focused on."

Spurs will not be playing in the Champions League next season, and could wind up playing in UEFA's new third tier competition - the Conference League.

Kane was full of praise at the weekend for interim Tottenham boss Ryan Mason, saying he was excited to see his former teammate take the reins.

"He’s been brilliant," the England striker said, "He’s taken it on really well.

"It’s not an easy thing to do to come in without any experience and take the team, take training, take all the meetings and he’s handled it all really well.

“He’s also got us playing some great football. I want to win as much as I can for him, and hopefully we can finish with two more. That’s all we can control.”
