Shane Lowry's up-and-down opening round at the Honda Classic has finished on a high in Florida.

An eagle on the 18th has given Lowry a share of the early lead at Palm Beach after carding a 3-under par 67.

He is tied in clubhouse with George McNeil while Swdeden's David Lingmerth is still out on the course on 3-under.

Graeme McDowell, Padraig Harrington and Rory McIlroy are among the late starters today - all three have just teed-off within the last few minutes.
