Tony McCoy has delivered a popular winner in the feature race on Ladies Day at the Galway Races.
The champion jockey helped 7-to-2 favourite Thomas Edison to the €150,000 first prize on offer in the Grade A, Guinness Galway Hurdle.
The Tony Martin-trained 7-year old surged clear of the rest of the field over the final hurdle to record an impressive win from Bayan and The Game Changer.
