Roy Keane's new book has dropped a couple of bombshells this week.

But over in England, Kevin Pietersen's new tome is having a similar impact in English cricket circles.

Among the revelations in the South African-born former England international's KP: The Autobiography are discord and bullying in the England dressing room, as well as personality clashes with former England coach Andy Flowers and vice-captain Matt Prior.

However, an internal English Cricket Board dossier has also been leaked which documents Pieterson’s alleged misbehaviours during last winter’s Ashes tour in Australia.

BBC county cricket broadcaster Lizzy Ammon has perused the innards of the book and she joined us on the line to talk about the messy situation and how dysfunctional things have really been.

She says that the book "veers into quite nasty, spiteful hatred" towards the likes of Prior, despite being an entertaining and fascinating read.

She also spoke about how the leaked dossier makes the ECB look "pathetic" given that they have admitted that it is a "bit of a false document".

Ammon also gave her take on who is backing Pietersen and who is vilifying him, also revealing which side of the fence she is on in the wake of the book.
