It's four years since Ireland's last play off victory, having beating Estonia over two legs to qualify for Euro 2012.

Stephen Hunt was part of that side and he spoke to Newstalk Breakfast this morning about tonight's game against Bosnia and Herzegovina. The former Reading and Ipswich Town player expects Daryl Murphy to lead the attack tonight in Zenica in the absence of the injured Shane Long and suspended Jon Walters.

Hunt is unsure who will start with Murphy up front but feels Wes Hoolahan is in pole position. Hunt told Newstalk Breakfast's Ivan Yates, that manager Martin O'Neill may want to keep Hoolahan in reserve for the second leg on Monday night.

An away goal is crucial to Martin O'Neill's thinking according to Hunt. "If you get a 1-1 draw, your're really happy away from home".

The 34-year-old also thinks Edin Dzeko "will be the main threat" for Bosnia and Herzegovina tonight. The Roma star has scored 44 times for his country.

Hunt is hopeful of a score draw tonight and thinks the potential additions of Long, Walters and John O'Shea on Monday night may help Ireland's cause.
