Ireland's Stephanie Roche says she is now getting excited about her nomination for the Puskas Award for the best goal of the year.
Roche, who has since moved to a French club, scored the wonder goal for Peamount United against Wexford Youths.
The goal was among 10 shortlisted for the Puskas Award - and after an online poll, Roche's goal made the final three.
This makes her the first female player to make the final three-person list.
She is up against Netherlands' Robin Van Persie for his World Cup header against Spain, and Colombia's James Rodriguez for his chest and volley against Uruguay at the same tournament.
Roche will find out if she has won on January 12th.
Speaking in Dublin today, she said she has been blown away by the support:
