Henry Shefflin is set to be part of Kilkenny's squad for 2014.
The nine-time All-Ireland winner reportedly underwent some pre-season physical tests with the Kilkenny squad last week in preparation for next season.
Shefflin had an injury-hit 2013 with The Cats, culminating in him getting sent off in Kilkenny's defeat to Cork at the end of July.

He had said he would wait until the end of the year before deciding whether or not to continue his inter-county career.
