Shamrock Rovers have signed Kieran 'Marty' Waters from Bray Wanderers.
The 23-year-old winger has spent the last six years at the Carlisle Grounds but is a childhood Rovers fan.
The pacy and tricky wide-man has been a fans' favourite at Bray and found the net four times last season as the Seagulls avoided the drop to the First Division via the playoffs.
