Ireland fly-half Johnny Sexton has not yet been ruled out of Sunday's clash with the All Blacks.
The out half is suffering with a hamstring injury and will continue to be assessed.
Ireland team manager Michael Kearney has said that scans on the injury show that it is "less worrying than initially feared."
His Leinster and Ireland team-mate Fergus McFadden is out for a number of weeks with a fractured finger.

Brian O'Driscoll says he may still play despite his calf injury but Ulster centre Darren Cave has been called up as cover for the former Lions Captain.
Munster's Felix Jones has also been called in to Joe Schmidt's squad.
