Manchester City won the first leg of their Champions League play-off round tie with ease.
Pep Guardiola's side triumphed 5-0 in Romania against Steaua Bucharest, in a match where City also managed to miss two penalties.
It was Sergio Aguero who twice failed from the spot, though he did score a hat-trick from open play.
David Silva had scored the opener after Raheem Sterling had set him up, while Nolito scored City's third just after half-time as City made light work of a club that won the old European Cup back in 1986.
The return game is at Eastlands a week tomorrow, and the overall winner goes into the group stage.
