Donegal starlet Ryan McHugh had an excellent All-Ireland championship last year, winning All-Star Young Footballer of the Year, but what are his expectations from a personal and team perspective in 2015?

The 20-year-old, who is captaining the U21s in the Eirgrid championship, spoke to Off The Ball's Adrian Barry before yesterday's league match against Mayo and gave his take on Donegal's style of play during the league.

"I don't think it's changed a wild pile. We were doing much the same last year and even the year before. It was much of a muchness. Donegal probably pride themselves on getting men back, defending well and getting up the pitch. It takes a lot of energy to do that but thankfully it's gone right a couple of days. But it has gone wrong other days so it's something we have to try and perfect each day we go out," said McHugh, who added that the balance between attack and defence can be tricky for many intercounty teams at the moment.
