Rickie Fowler bounced back from being voted the most overrated player on the PGA Tour by peers to win golf's unofficial "Fifth Major" on Sunday night.

In an anonymous poll of PGA Tour players released by GOLF.com earlier this month, Fowler came joint top of the poll with English golfer Ian Poulter. Both men received 24% of the vote.

Fowler played a stunning back nine on Sunday evening to force his way into a play off with Sergio Garcia and Kevin Kisner. All three men finished on -12 with Fowler playing his final six holes in -6.

Lawrence Donegan from @ByTheMinSport joined Joe on Off the Ball to speak about Fowler's historic win.

Donegan calls Fowler one of the good guys and tour and says that given his profile on tour his win was over due and called the Ryder Cup star "a cracking player".

Sergio Garcia finished tied for second, and when asked by Joe about potential major wins, Donegan said that he felt Garcia and Fowler would both eventually reach the winners enclosure.
