Since leaving Manchester United, Javier Hernandez just can't seem to stop scoring in recent weeks, with the 'Little Pea' scoring his eighth goal in his last six games, and tenth overall.

The Mexico striker was a former fan favourite at Old Trafford after being brought into the club by Sir Alex Ferguson in 2010, where he netted 20 goals in his debut season and 59 in all competitions during his five year stint.

However, he was deemed surplus to requirements by Louis VanGaal and he was offloaded to Leverkusen for a reported £7.3 million in the summer, but the Dutch manager may just be cursing his luck given United's well documented problems in front of goal and Chicharito's recent goal scoring form.

Its not just the Bundesliga that Hernandez is lighting up, as he is leading Leverkusen's charge in the Champions League group stages with four goals, just one behind Cristiano Ronaldo and tied with Munich's Robert Lewandowski and Thomas Muller.

This is his most recent European strike against AS Roma;

The 27 year old has endeared himself to the Leverkusen faithful during his relatively short time at the club, and its not difficult to see why, with his habitual goal poaching style proving a major hit;

Apparently, his red hot form is attracting the interest of Chelsea too;

Naturally, the form of Hernandez is becoming a source of much joy to the anti-United brigade on Twitter;
