Aaron Ramsey is set to sign a lucrative new deal with Arsenal this week, according to reports.

The five-year contract is worth a reported £100,000 per week, which will make him the second highest earner at the Emirates after record signing Mesut Ozil.

Ramsey has been out with a thigh injury since January after a blistering start to the season which has already seen him net 13 goals and provide seven assists in 27 games.

The Wales international is back in training and could return to action soon.
