Simon Zebo has been named at full back in the Munster team to face Cardiff tomorrow night in Thomond Park.

It's Zebos first start since picking up a foot injury in October.

Connacht Outhalf Jack Carty has been handed his third start of the season by Head Coach Pat Lam and the 21-year-old will play alongside scrum half Kieran Marmion.

The Galway base side are away to Glasgow tomorrow.

Craig Ronaldson returns from injury to partner Galway-born Eoin Griffin in the centre while Ireland international Robbie Henshaw has been released back to his province to start at full back this week in place of the injured Gavin Duffy.

Up front, Roscommon-born prop Denis Buckley secures his first start of the season in an all new front row with Rodney Ah You and Jason Harris-Wright.

Andrew Browne moves into the second row to partner the incoming Mick Kearney.

John Muldoon captains the side from a back row berth with Jake Heenan and George Naoupu.

Leinster have named Academy players Sam Coghlan-Murray and Tadhg Furlong on the left wing and at tight head respectively for their clash with Zebre in Italy this Sunday.

O'Connor also welcomes back the experienced duo of Mike McCarthy and Jordi Murphy who were released from the Irish set up and are also named in the starting 15.

Zane Kirchner is switched from the right wing to full back.

In tonight's Pro 12 action Ulster host Ospreys at Ravenhill, kick off is at 7.35.

In the nights other action Ireland take on Wales at Dubarry Park in the U20 Six Nations while the women's team host Wales at Ashbourne at 7.30

In the club international Ireland face Scotland at Temple Hill at 7.30

Tomorrow Ireland face Wales in the centre piece of the weekend.
