As snow continues to batter much of the eastern US, one police department is searching out the person they believe is responsible.

Police in the town of Harlan, Kentucky - which has been hit with a foot of snow - released an 'arrest warrant' for the character of Elsa in Disney's hit animation Frozen.

The notice was posted on the police department's Facebook page yesterday:
