Irish MMA fighter Joseph Duffy has released a statement to explain why he has had to withdraw from his headline fight at this weekend's UFC Dublin event at the 3 Arena.

The Donegal fighter had been scheduled to fight American Dustin Poirier but revealed that the effects of a blow to the head have forced him to pull out.
