This morning, golf legend Pádraig Harrington spoke to Pat Kenny about his career, fundraising events and some very interesting tips on how to improve your game.

Here are Pádraig's top three golf tips:

1. "Most people looking at a golfer think he should stay still, but that's the last thing you should do as a golfer. You can't create any force unless you move.

One of the worst pieces of advice you can give is stay still."

2. On ladies golfers: "Short and fast back swing. Not necessarily more time, it just means they're lifting their left arms.

3. "The only tip I can give every golfer I meet, that will enhance their game is hold your follow through. Hold your finish."

Pádraig also discussed his career and what has motivated him over the years:"When I was a kid, there was always a competitive element - if something is on the line, you'll focus on getting the job done more."
