An out-of-court settlement has been agreed in principle that could lead to Portsmouth fans buying the club.

A deal has been reached between the Pompey Supporters Trust and former club owner Balram Chainrai over the sale of the team's Fratton Park stadium.

A High Court judge says the deal must be concluded by 3pm this afternoon, otherwise he will hear the scheduled case between the parties.
