US swimmer Ryan Lochte, owner of five Olympic gold medals in addition to three silver and three bronze, took to Twitter yesterday to show off a single meal supposedly worth 10,000 calories.

Lochte doesn't' state what his meals consists of but it looks like he's about to tuck into 30 asparagus stalks, about 30 pieces of meat and an entire tray of lasagna!

Other athletes like Michael Phelps, another swimmer and the most decorated Olympian of all time, notoriously told reporters that he would eat 8,000-10,000 calories a day. It's been estimated as high as 12,000.

Lochte's twitter line is "Go Big or Go Home!". I think I know why now...
