Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt showed his charitable side this week after delivering a jersey to a young boy hospitalized after being hit by a car.

Eight-year-old Noah Fulmer was among three pedestrians who were hit by a car on New Year's Eve. Watt was informed of the incident on Twitter and told that the young boy was upset, not only because of then accident, but also for the fact that emergency responders were forced to cut him out of his No. 99 Watt jersey.

"That is terrible, is he ok? Tell him I'll bring him a new jersey tomorrow," Watt tweeted after the incident.

Despite he himself recovering from back surgery, Watt visited Noah on Tuesday to see him after he came out of surgery and brought him a brand new jersey.

Watt has been in rehab since his second back surgery in two months at the end of September. He returned to Houston at the end of last year after beginning his recovery in Wisconsin.
