It's a match-up already hyped up as the NFL's best defence against it's finest offence.
But who will come out on top in this Sunday's highly anticipated Superbowl? And where will it be won and lost?
To help us figure that out, we got the lowdown from Sky Sports' NFL analyst Neil Reynolds who is already in New York to cover the game at the Met Life Stadium.
The fact that this year's Superbowl will be played outdoors in potentially freezing temperatures has dominated the build-up.
And Reynolds sees that as a possible deciding factor especially to the detriment of the Broncos.
"Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos are built on passing the football. That is not as easy when you're playing in freezing temperatures," said Reynolds who sees the mood in New York as slightly muted in regards to Superbowl buzz.
The weather could be even more important as neither side is likely to have too many surprises up their sleeves.
"At this stage there's not too much going in that's brand new. Maybe what's being tweaked is using a different player in a certain formation or doing something slightly different with a player," said Reynolds.
"Seattle should be able to do that with Percy Harvin. Percy Harvin is an outstanding wide receiver and a game-breaker when healthy. When he was at Minnesota Vikings in the first half of last season, he was one of the best players in the NFL. If he's close to healthy, he's one of the Top 5 players on that field on Superbowl Sunday."
Reynolds also believes Seattle have the tools to slow down Manning's attacks for Denver and is "giving the edge" to the Seahawks.
But if Denver are to win the game, they have to "run the football well and will have stopped the run".
