The head of the Liberia Football Association claims nearly half of African countries will not vote for Sheikh Salman in the FIFA presidential election.
The Asian Football Confederation president was endorsed by the Confederation of African Football on Friday.
But Musa Bility, who was a candidate at one point before being excluded, says he will vote for Prince Ali, and he has spoken to 25 other federations who will not vote for Sheikh Salman either later this month.
"I have been in contact with 26 African FA presidents and none will vote for Sheikh Salman," he told the BBC.
Salman and Ali are up against UEFA general secretary Gianni Infantino, South Africa's Tokyo Sexwale and ex-FIFA official Jerome Champagne in the February 26th ballot.
