Munster's Conor Murray and Peter O'Mahony have been ruled out of tomorrow's Guinness Pro12 Grand Final at Kingspan Stadium.
Murray met with a specialist yesterday and will require rehab on his medial ligament knee injury for the next six weeks, while O'Mahony has a hip injury.
However, the team has been boosted by the inclusion of Simon Zebo on the wing after he was cleared to return after a concussion injury.
Duncan Williams will replace Murray at scrum-half, while O'Mahony's injury means that Donnacha Ryan moves into the back-row, with Billy Holland coming into the side to partner the Toulon-bound Paul O'Connell in the second row.
Munster team: Jones, Earls, Smith, Hurley, Zebo; Keatley, Williams; Kilcoyne, Guinazu, Botha, Holland, O'Connell, Ryan, Butler, Stander.
