Ian Keatley kicked a dramatic drop goal to see Munster beat Sale 27-26 with the last kick of the game.

The Sharks put pressure on Munster throughout the first half of the Champions Cup fixture. A try from Dave Kilcoyne and conversion from Keatley put Munster ahead early on, but they trailed 23-7 at half time, with Sale's Danny Cipriani having scored three penalties and two conversions.

However, Munster came into the second half determined to turn things around. Tries from Andrew Conway and Conor Murray set them up for their comeback.

The English team only managed to score three more points in the second half, with Cipriani again securing them three points.

It ultimately all came down to the last kick, and Keatley's drop goal put Munster ahead by a single point when the whistle blew.
