A short video tribute to Robin Williams was played during last nights MTV VMA awards show.

The tribute was a short montage of photos edited to Coldplay’s ‘A Sky Full Of Stars’.

There was no sentimental introduction or prologue to the piece. The clip just began playing at one point during the ceremony.
