Conor McGregor's preparations for Saturday night's fight with Nate Diaz have continued to focus around movement.

His coaches John Kavanagh and Owen Roddy only arrived in America this week, but McGregor has been in California for almost ten days.

The latest UFC Embedded video shows McGregor working with his movement coach Ido Portal. The Dubliner has been spending time on the gymnastics rings as he prepares for the fight with Diaz in Las Vegas.

For the first time in his career, McGregor is fighting at 170lbs and he seems to be comfortable preparing for the fight as he continues to eat like Roy Nelson. He told the UFC about his "full belly" as he prepares for Friday's weigh-in.

How dominant can McGregor be if he is not exhausted by the weight cut ahead of a fight?
