Middlesbrough are within one game of a return to Premier League since their 2009 relegation.

The club from North-East England defeated Brentford 3-0 tonight at the Riverside Stadium, to complete a 5-1 aggregate victory passage to the Championship playoff final.

Leading 2-1 from the first leg, Boro added to that total thanks to goals from Lee Tomlin, Kike and Albert Adomah.

They will face either Ipswich or Norwich in the final, who play at Carrow Road tomorrow.
