Mayo's march towards another Connacht Championship continue unabated as the reigning provincial champions swatted the challenge of Roscommon aside yesterday.
But corner back Keith Higgins was not wholly satisfied with the 0-21 to - 0-9 despite the relative comfort with which it was achieved.
Speaking immediately after the game, he said: "I suppose we have to be happy with the win but there were a lot of mistakes in that second half."
Higgins told Newstalk Breakfast's Oisin Langan that Mayo needed to work on certain areas of their game with shooting and finishing a key concern.
He also refuted that the easy nature of the challenge faced so far would have a detrimental effect at the business end of the Championship.
