Two leading Manchester United fanzines have claimed that a deal for Southampton's Luke Shaw has been struck.

Red Issue and United We Stand have said that a £27 million deal for the highly-rated left-back has been completed.

Red Issue claim that Shaw will earn £85,000 per week at Old Trafford.

The club is looking to strengthen at left-back with Patrice Evra set to exit and Alex Buttner not seen as a long-term option.
