Everton are expected to confirm the capture of Romelu Lukaku later this evening.

The Belgian is on his way back to Goodison Park on a permanent deal after his successful loan spell last season.

The 21-year-old is expected to cost Everton around £25 million (€31 million) and will sign a 5-year contract.

Lukaku scored 15 goals in 31 Premier League games last season as the Toffees pushed for a Top Four place.

He has barely appeared in the Blue of Chelsea, who have already signed Diego Costa and Didier Drogba this summer.
