Donal O'Grady has been going to extremes to be fit for next week's All Ireland semi final with Kilkenny.
The Limerick captain missed the quarter final win over Wexford with a calf injury, but has been taking part in cryotherapy sessions to aid his recovery.
Cryotherapy sees the use of extremely low temperatures to treat injuries.
