Leinster's Ian Madigan has been issued with a disciplinary warning for his heated exchange with Harlequins scrum-half Danny Care during last Saturday's European Champions Cup tie at the Aviva Stadium.
Both players have been warned about their conduct during the incident, which took place during the 77th minute of the game.
Players that earn three warnings or three yellow cards during the competition will be forced to attend a disciplinary hearing.
Meanwhile, Quins second-row Charlie Matthews has been cited for allegedly making contact with the eye area of the Leinster flanker Dominic Ryan during a separate incident that took place during the same stoppage in play.
Matthews was shown a yellow card during the match but could now face further disciplinary action during a hearing that will take place in London tomorrow.
