Kildare's Brian Flanagan has announced his retirement from inter-county football.
The 29-year-old has called time on his career with the Lilywhites due to ongoing knee problems.
The versatile Johnstownbridge player made his senior Kildare debut in an National League in 2007 and was a regular during Kieran McGeeney’s time in charge of the team, helping them to the 2010 All-Ireland semi-finals.
