Galway footballer James Kavanagh has called time on his inter-county career.
The two-time All Star nominee has cited work and family commitments as the reason for his decision.
Kavanagh is based in Galway where his is stationed as a Garda, and featured for the Tribesmen in both their league and championship campaigns this year.

He had previously made his name in the colours of Kildare, and was a key player for during the Kieran McGeeney era before transferring west in 2013.
