Katie Walsh has got a late chance at Grand National glory, picking up a last minute ride on Vesper Bell for this afternoon’s race at Aintree.
Vesper Bell, Willie Mullins’ runner, was to be ridden by Mikey Fogarty but Walsh now takes the 80/1 shot following an injury to Fogarty yesterday.
Walsh told Channel 4: "I'm looking forward to it, it's great to be part of it.

"He's run well around Punchestown a couple of times, he's a big, scopey horse who stays well and I'm looking forward to the ride."
