We may be getting tired of seeing people throw ice water all over themselves at this stage, but Jose Mourinho's effort is truly magnificent. 

Nominated by Didier Drogba and Lebo Mohuba, Mourinho in-turn nominated his daughter, James McAvoy and Brian Adams but doesn't even take the time to say so in his video because he's focused on the task at hand. Top marks for the manly roar, too.
