Ireland coach Joe Schmidt has made three changes to the team that lost to New Zealand for Sunday's Six Nations opener with Scotland at the Aviva.
Andrew Trimble comes in for Tommy Bowe , Luke Marshall replaces Gordon D'Arcy in the centre and Chris Henry takes over from Sean O'Brien at open side.
Rob Kearney at full back with Trimble and Dave Kearney on the wings. Brian O'Driscoll is partnered by Marshall in the centre.
Johnny Sexton is out half with Conor Murray at scrum half.
Cian Healy, Rory Best and Mike Ross form the front three while Devin Toner and captain Paul O'Connell are in the second row. Peter O'Mahony, Chris Henry and Jamie Heaslip make up the back row.
The bench is staffed by Sean Cronin, Jack McGrath, Marty Moore, Dan Tuohy, Tommy O'Donnell, Isaac Boss, Paddy Jackson and Fergus McFadden.
Eoin Reddan and Luke Fitzgerald are ruled out through injury while Gordon D'Arcy was hampered by a stomach bug earlier in the week.
Schmidt explained why Marshall got the nod at centre ahead of D'Arcy:
