Munster have confirmed that out-half JJ Hanrahan will undergo a scan on the groin injury he sustained in Saturday's defeat to Glasgow.

The club have also confirmed that prop BJ Botha suffered a mild ankle injury and will be monitored throughout the week.

Munster's next match sees them head to the Sportsgrounds to face Connacht this Saturday.

The Reds are currently third in the league two points behind Ulster who they play on the last day of the regular season.
