Ireland U21 winger Jack Grealish has signed a four-year contract with Aston Villa.
The Birmingham-born player who came through Villa's youth ranks had been the subject of interest from clubs like Chelsea.
But the 19-year-old has now nailed down his future with his boyhood club.
The highly-rated youngster made his Villa debut in May, having spent time on loan at Notts County.
He has made four substitute appearances this season.
Grealish's next decision will be to choose between Ireland and England at senior international level.
