Although the Northern Italian Bodybuilding championships took place in May, they have been making headlines again this week after a competitor tested positive for steroids. 

While that might not come as a huge shock, Claudio Stella looks to have achieved a bit of a record with his positive test, as he was found to have 21 different steroids in his system. 

Stella, who was competing in the over-50 category, was found positive for a cocktail of performance enhancing drugs, including anabolic steroids Drostanolone and Nandrolone, as well as Anastrozole and Torasemide, along with plenty of others.

Stella wasn't alone in returning a positive test at the event which took place in Bussolengo, as 10 other athletes were also found to have multiple substances in their system.
