The Daytime Emmy nominations have been announced with 'Peter Rabbit' securing three awards and five nominations.

The animated show produced by Dublin company Brown Bag Films for Nickelodeon US and the BBC, has been recognised by a panel that celebrates the best of daytime television.

Winning the Individual Achievement Awards in Animation:

Production Design: Stephen Robinson, Art Director

Set Designer: Eddie Gribbin, 2D Design

Storyboard: Mårten Jönmark, Storyboards

And the five nominations are:

Peter Rabbit

Outstanding Performer in an Animated Program:

Sarah Bolt, as Jemima Puddleduck

Outstanding Writing in a Preschool Animated Program:

Writers Mark Huckerby and Nick Ostler

Outstanding Original Song:

In 2002, Brown Bag Film was nominated for an Oscar for the hugely popular animated short film Give Up Yer Aul Sins. This year, the Daytime Emmy Awards take place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on June 22.
