Ireland were beaten 12 - 8 by Scotland 12-8 in their Six Nations clash.
Declan Kidney's side dominated the opening half with over 70 per cent of territory but only had three points to show for it at the break.
Paddy Jackson kicked a penalty in the 35th minute but he only ended with one from four.

Craig Gilroy scored the Ireland try early in the second half to make it 8-0 but Greig Laidlaw edged Scotland in front with four penalties.
