Thanks to games like Football Manager, the budding coaches and tacticians in us are given free rein.

Of course, that definitely means very little on paper when it comes to the real art of football management.

With the latest installation of the FM game series released next month, football writer, author of new book The Football Manager Guide Football Management and The Guardian Football Weekly regular Iain Macintosh joined us on Team 33 to talk about the impact of the games and the occasional crossover with real life management.
