After the 26 - 23 win over Australia, Ireland's leading prospect at 13, Robbie Henshaw, told Off The Ball's Nathan Murphy that he has kept in close touch with Brian O'Driscoll to pick up a few key tips along the way.

Brian was in the Off The Ball studio tonight to tell us what his role is from the other end of the telephone.

"I struck up a really good rapport with Robbie over the last couple of years when he'd been in camp and for probably 18 months of that I don't think he got capped. Yet he was just so enthusiastic and so eager to learn that I wanted to help him out," said Brian, who enthused about Henshaw's versatility and potential.

"We stayed in touch after the Six Nations. We had a chat the night after the Grand Slam game over multiple jars and he just said 'let's stay in contact' and we did. I text him every so often if I've seen a game or something to improve on or something he's done really well."

Former England centre Jeremy Guscott also joined us tonight to talk about the Autumn Series as a whole, focusing on where England are at the moment heading into next year's Rugby World Cup.

Brian also chatted about the November Internationals from an Ireland perspective, wondering for example if Joe Schmidt would criticise or compliment Simon Zebo for a risky pass against the Australians and also had a laugh about Ronan O'Gara's assertion that Keith Earls had schooled him in training.
