Ireland manager Martin O'Neill has played a glowing tribute to his players after they delivered qualification for Euro 2016.
A 2-0 win at the Aviva Stadium against Bosnia tonight to follow the 1-1 draw in Zenica on Friday night and comes at the end of a qualification campaign which saw some lows but also the highs of beating world champions Germany at home and drawing away dramatically.
"I think the results against Germany were absolutely fantastic. I hold the players in the most enormous esteem," said O'Neill after the game.
"We might be short of a number of things but a lot of courage, determination and fighting to the end is a thing they possess in abundance."
