Mayo manager James Horan says Cillian O'Connor is rehabbing well.

The forward is attempting to recover from a dislocated shoulder in time for the All Ireland final and has returned to non- contact training in recent days.

Earlier in the week, Horan had not ruled O'Connor out of contention with reports that he was due to postpone surgery in order to focus on rehab work.

The Connacht Champions meet Dublin in the decider on September 22nd.
